By incorporating as a limited company, we formalised our business setup to not only give birth to madebywhale Ltd as an entity but to also represent better the firm and its assets and developments in standard operating procedures or as we prefer to call it, our modus operandi, ultimately enabling the company to provide the professional business services it does today.

Her are the main outcomes of these recent developments:

• As of 01/10/2024, brand names ‘Whale’ and ‘madebywhale’ are owned and operated by madebywhale Ltd, a company registered in Malta with Company Registration Number C 109277 and VAT number MT 3125 5722
• Despite the change in business registration, we are proud to say that our team remains the same.
• The firm’s vision and primary goal remains to continue excelling in WordPress development services, i.e. building WordPress websites. This is by far our biggest success and it’s on our roadmap for WordPress to become our only technology of choice for website design & development. Thereby, keeping a laser sharp focus and streamlining our business processes.

While we, the founders, are proud of the established private limited company, its methodologies, client base, and skillset, in knowing that better can always be done we remain humble and thereby the company’s mission is to continue to improve and develop the services further to always render more value to its clients.
